Installation Package Includes: • Furnish and install stated equipment as well as all parts, materials and labor at or above manufactures specifications and local code requirements. • New Electrical Disconnect • New Electrical Whip/Power wire from disconnect/switch to new equipment • Proper Size Fuses • New Condenser Pad, level and square • New Gas flex and piping per specs & codes • New Safety Gas Shut-Off Valve New Flue pipe per specs & codes • Condensate drains, both primary & secondary including clean-out tee, trap and electronic safety switch. • Emergency Drain Pan installed under coil (attic installs) • Install manual dampers in all main ducts at plenum to assist in better air distribution (On purchase of ducting only & when accessible/ applicable). • Clean & Chemically Flush existing line-set • Pressure test all refrigerant connections & piping to insure the new system is free of any leaks. • Haul away all jobsite trash and old equipment • Sales Tax is included W
Plumbing Observations -Camera inserted into the old tub drain -Drain has signs of corrosion and build up -The camera steps up over build up on the bottom of the pipe -Customer would like to increase the size of the pipe to convert from tub to a shower drain. -The old tee for the tub is not to code and has not slope so the camera cannot to down the riser pipe to determine if the line is 2". -Our fear is if you connect to that existing drain line whether you're installing a tub or a shower, the line will continue to deteriorate and there will be back ups.
